Coach & Management Mentorship

David is very active within the organizations he works for beyond supporting the teams.  He provides consultation to managers, coaches and owners on a wide array of issues including hiring new players and staff, onboarding, communication processes, and professionalism.

For managers and coaches specifically he trains and mentors them in conflict resolution, goal setting, and team-building.

Player Assessment, Scouting, & Development

David has extensive experience interviewing and assessing new talent.  His psychological expertise helps the organizations he is working select players that have the right ingredients to handle pressure, stay focused, and be leaders for their team.

On TSM, Cloud9 & Gen.G David was involved in the assessment, scouting, and development of many players who have gone on to find success at the highest level.  David works with players as they progress from recruitment through academy or junior teams up to playing on a top team competing at the highest level.
